Wstęp.

  

Conditions:  You have a casualty requiring medical evacuation (MEDEVAC) and a patient pickup site.

 

Warunki : Oddział ma rannych wymagających ewakuacji przez personel medyczny (MEDEVAC) a pacjent znajduje się w miejscu podjęcia.

 

Necessary equipment and materials: operational communications equipment, MEDEVAC request format, 

a standard scale military map, a grid coordinate scale, and unit signal operation instructions (SOI).

 

Niezbędne wyposażenie: radiostacja, format zgłoszenia MEDEVAC, mapa w standardowej wojskowej skali, siatka współrzędnych, 

instrukcja z zestawem znaków operacyjnych (SOI)

 

Standards: Transmitted a MEDEVAC request, providing all necessary information within 25 seconds. 

Transmitted, as a minimum, line numbers 1 through 5 during the initial contact with the evacuation unit.

 Transmitted lines 6 through 9 while the aircraft or vehicle was en route, if not included during initial contact.

 

Standardy: Nadanie zgłoszenia MEDEVAC zawierającego wszystkie niezbędne informacje w czasie 25 sekund.

 Przekazanie minimum 5 pierwszych linijek podczas pierwszego kontaktu z jednostką ewakuacyjną. 

Przekazanie kolejnych 4 linijek (6-9) kiedy transport medyczny jest już 

w drodze chyba że zrobiono to wcześniej podczas pierwszego kontaktu.

 

Performance Steps

 

Metoda postępowania

 

 1.   Collect all applicable information needed for the MEDEVAC request.

 

1. Zbierz wszyskie niezbedne informację do zgłoszenia MEDEVAC

 

    a. Determine the grid coordinates for the pickup site.

 

    a. Sprawdź koordynaty miejsca podjęcia.

 

    b. Obtain radio frequency, call sign, and suffix.

 

    b. Podaj częstotliwość radia, wywołanie i .....

 

    c. Obtain the number of patients and precedence.

 

    c. Sprawdź liczbę rannych i pierwszeństwo.

 

    d. Determine the type of special equipment required.

 

    d. Ustal jaki specjalny sprzęt będzie niezbędny.

 

    e. Determine the number and type (litter or ambulatory) of patients.

 

    e. Ustal liczbę rannych i typ (musi leżeć [resustytowany] lub może siedzieć [Ambulatoryjny]).

 

    f.  Determine the security of the pickup site.

 

    f. Ustal stan zabezpieczenia miejsca podjęcia.

 

    g. Determine how the pickup site will be marked.

 

    g. Ustal jak będzie oznakowane miejsce podjęcia.

 

    h. Determine patient nationality and status.

 

    h. Ustal narodowość i status rannych.

 

    i.   Obtain pickup site nuclear, biological, and chemical (NBC) contamination information normally obtained from the senior person or medic.

 

    i. Sprawdź rodzaj skażenia w miejscu podjęcia (NBC) - w polskiej nomenklaturze (ABC)

 

Note.  NBC line 9 information is only included when contamination exists.

2.   Record the gathered MEDEVAC information using the authorized brevity codes.  (See table 081-831-0101-1.)

 

 

 

2. Zanotuj zgromadzone informacje MEDEVAC używając zwięzłych kodów. (Tabela 081-831-0101-1)

 

3.   Transmit the MEDEVAC request.

 

 

 

3. Nadaj żądanie MEDEVAC

 

    a. Contact the unit that controls the evacuation assets.

 

    a. Skontaktuj się z jednostką koordynującą ewakuacje.

 

        (1)  Make proper contact with the intended receiver.

 

        (1) Nawiąż należyty kontakt z zamierzonym odbiorcą

 

        (2)  Use effective call sign and frequency assignments from the SOI.

 

        (2) Użyj ustalonego wywołania oraz częstotliwości wg SOI

 

        (3)  Give the following in the clear "I HAVE A MEDEVAC REQUEST"; wait one to three seconds for response.  If no response, repeat the statement.

 

        (3) Nadaj wprost/jawnie zdanie "Potrzebuję / Zgłaszam potrzebę MEDEVAC"; odczekaj 1-3 sekund na odpowiedź. Jeśli odpowiedź nie nastąpi, powtórz komunikat.

 

    b. Transmit the MEDEVAC information in the proper sequence.

 

    b. Nadaj informacje MEDEVAC w odpowiedniej kolejności

 

        (1)  State all line item numbers in clear text.  The call sign and suffix (if needed) in line 2 may be transmitted in the clear.

 

        (1) Numery linii wysyłaj otwartym tekstem. Wywołanie z linii 2 też może zostać nadane otwartym tekstem.

 

        (2)  Follow the procedure provided in the explanation column of the MEDEVAC request format to transmit other required information.

 

        (2) Zastosuj się do procedur przedstawionych w kolumnie "Wyjaśnienia" z tabeli MEDEVAC by nadać inne niezbędne informacje

 

        (3)  Pronounce letters and numbers in accordance with appropriate radiotelephone procedures.

 

        (3)  Wymawiaj litery i liczby zgodnie z procedurami radiowymi.

 

        (4)  Take no longer than 25 seconds to transmit.

 

        (4)  Nadawaj nie dłużej niż 25 sekund.

 

        (5)  End the transmission by stating "OVER."

        (6)  Keep the radio on and listen for additional instructions or contact from the evacuation unit.

Required to assist the evacuation crew in identifying the specific location of the pickup. Note that the color of the panels or smoke should not be transmitted until the evacuation vehicle contacts the unit (just prior to its arrival). For security, the crew should identify the color and the unit should verify it.

The number of patients in each category need not be transmitted. Encrypt only the applicable brevity codes.

Straty: jeden ciężko ranny (stracił nogę), dwóch lekko rannych (obrażenia klatki piersiowej i ramion).

 

Dowódca ustala że miejsce podjęcia będzie za wzgórzem 300 m dalej (54750 52100) a za strefę odpowiedzialny będzie jego zastępca ECHO ROMEO 30.
